This was purely a technical report and 100% factual. Quant reports do not care about the industry. Quant reports are unemotional. Many of the best traders in the world use charts. All this report is saying is the largest Institutions, wealth funds, and insiders (the ones that drove the
price higher to begin with) have been getting out. O trades 4m shares a day. When REIT ETF's and mutual funds have outflows they are forced to sell.
I have owned REIT's for years and they do have a history of diluting value by issuing more stock or debt when there is a crunch. Gotta tell it like it is.

Why am i I telling you this? These are real people responding to my content. They obviously know what they are talking who appreciate what is being written. Not just that, I bet you they take action to
boost their own returns. Are you doing that? Do you even have the time or even have the same knowledge?
